We utilize their rice washer, sushi rice mixer, rice sheet maker, and roll cutter, among other equipment. By integrating these robotic solutions with our innovative sushi roll-making process, we’ve earned the unofficial title of the fastest sushi bar (focused on sushi rolls) in NYC. This achievement allows us to handle operations that would be impossible with a traditional team of chefs.
