Fatty Tuna, a food truck based in Lehi, Utah, serves corporate parties, catering events, and more. When one of the chefs retired, owner Marc turned to Suzumo sushi machines to reduce labor costs.
Following the successful integration of these machines, Fatty Tuna achieved a 35% reduction in labor costs within the first year by streamlining operations.
